What is the notice of termination for Basic and Enabled EDI?

  • Basic (service where an integration has been setup between BOP and the party’s systems) = 6 months. Otherwise, the business relation automatically gets prolonged for another 6 months.
    • Enabled (Party using the BOP User Interface to interact with business partners. No integration has been set up.) = 1 month prior to end of contract (before April 1st or before October 1st). Otherwise, the business relation automatically gets prolonged for another 6 months.
