How to see in "Messages" that a file has failed on import?

A file that has failed on import will have a "Status" saying "Rejected", and will be marked red.

Example of error "Reason" could be “Failed validation”.

Whatever causes the validation error, it needs to be corrected, and the file uploaded again.
